Track Your Order

After your order is dispatched, our manager will send the tracking number via Telegram or WhatsApp and also by email. Enter it on the relevant carrier's website.

If your parcel is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, contact our manager and we will file a request with the carrier.

How to track

  1. 1Receive the tracking number from our manager after your order is shipped
  2. 2Open the carrier's website (CDEK or DHL)
  3. 3Enter the tracking number in the "Track" field to see your parcel status
  4. 4Status notifications are sent to your email and messenger
