How we ship your orders
We ship to Russia and CIS countries, as well as Uzbekistan, Turkey, Europe, and the USA. Delivery methods and timelines depend on the destination — a manager confirms the final cost before payment.
- CDEK — primary partner for Russia, CIS, Uzbekistan and Turkey. 2 to 7 days to collection point.
- DHL Express — international destinations (Europe, USA, distant countries). 4 to 10 days.
- Russian Post — fallback option for remote regions, 5–14 days.
- Cost is calculated based on actual order weight — the exact amount is confirmed in a chat with the manager before payment.

Payment
The final amount, including delivery, is shown before payment — there are no hidden fees. All prices and totals are in Russian roubles (₽).
- Bank transfer to the account details provided by the manager
- SBP (Faster Payments System)
- Card payment via the provided details
Online card / SBP payment via a payment provider (Robokassa / ЮKassa / CloudPayments) is being connected — it will run right on the checkout page.
A cashier's receipt (54-FZ) is sent to your e-mail or phone after payment. Cashier receipts activate once the online cash register is connected.
We do not accept cryptocurrency (Federal Law No. 259-FZ).
Your rights on delivery
You may cancel your order at any time before you receive it — the full amount, including delivery, is refunded within 10 days of your request (ЗоЗПП art. 26.1).
If a prepaid order is delivered late, you may claim a penalty of 0.5% of the prepayment per day of delay (ЗоЗПП art. 23.1).
